Jim Rogan was formerly the Vice President of Sales for Centerpulse Orthopedics and Sulzer Medica, which was acquired by Zimmer in 2003. Rogan has more than 19 years in sales and marketing orthopaedic devices.

As Vice President of Sales, Rogan was responsible for the U.S. division with sales of approximately $230 million. During the two years of Rogan’s leadership, his sales team exceeded sales goals producing the two highest performing years in the company’s history.

As a member of the Centerpulse product recall executive team, Rogan helped shape a new culture of accountability and customer focus.

Before Centerpulse, Rogan was the owner of Ortho3 Devices, a sales and distribution agency for Sulzer Orthopedics. His orthopaedic career also includes working for Howmedica and the development of a start-up in the orthopaedics industry. Rogan holds a B.A. from the College of Wooster, in Wooster, Ohio, and has taken a number of courses at the Wharton School of Business.
