Path4 Ventures and LDR Executive to Speak at Dow Jones Venture One Summit
 Jerry DeVries, veteran orthopaedic executive to present at financial industry event for venture capitalists, corporate investors and entrepreneurs

LDR Spine, a total spine solution company, today announced that Jerry DeVries, co-founder and Chief Operating Officer, has been selected to present at the Dow Jones Venture One Summit being held on April 12-13 in San Francisco. DeVries will speak on the state of the orthopedic industry and how LDR Spine is bringing innovative spine technologies to the U.S.

DeVries has worked in the musculoskeletal industry for over 16 years in various roles such as business development, organizational development, engineering and marketing. As co-founder and COO of LDR Spine, he is responsible for marketing, strategy and administrative support. LDR Spine recently obtained 510(k) clearance from the United States Food and Drug Administration to market two of its fusion spine products in the U.S. The clearance positions LDR Spine to execute the first phase of its plans to introduce an innovative product line of fusion and non-fusion spinal systems to U.S. surgeons in the largest and fastest growing segment of the musculoskeletal global market.

Previously, DeVries was the Vice President of Marketing for Centerpulse Orthopedics where he directed the company’s strategic planning process, product marketing, surgeon affairs, marketing communication and medical education. DeVries has a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Louisiana State University and an MBA from Baylor University.
